Bollywood Part 1- The Style Evolution of Deepika Padukone
So for most people who don’t know me very well, the assumption is that I embrace my western side more then my Indian or Omani roots. From the way I talk, think or dress I would tend to agree with most people.
However one of my thrills in life is definitely Bollywood cinema! I’m not sure exactly what it is about it that lures me but I’m definitely a sucker for them.
This blog post is about one of my current favourite Bollywood actresses, Miss Deepika Padukone!
Ever since her breakout performance in ‘Om Shanti Om’ in 2007 I always felt that Deepika Padukone was going places! Her acting and dancing since the get go has been phenomenal and I haven’t even started on her clothes on and off screen yet!
The costume designer for Om Shanti Om was Manish Malhotra and she just sizzled in this film.

However after having watched her in Bajirao Mastani recently, nothing can compare to her performance in this and the costumes designed by Anju Modi did someone as stunning as her complete justice!

I literally forgot her co-stars in the movie which were heavy-weights like her, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra!
For a full range of Anju Modi’s clothes check out http://www.anjumodi.com/ or her page at https://www.facebook.com/Anju-Modi-Clothing-152038634866883/.
Deepika’s style off screen is also amazing! I’ve totally fallen in love with this particular look by anamika Khanna!

I’m not sure if she styles herself or if she has a stylist but I would totally want to #styleherstyle!
